🛩️ FlyDubai Hijacking Plot Details Emerge (Major Developing Story)

New interrogation details reveal the full scope of last week's terror attack. New details from the interrogation of Hamam al-Hammami, the Flydubai co-pilot who attempted to hijack a flight from Dubai to Israel, indicate that the terrorist intended to crash the plane into Israel's Ben Gurion Airport, causing mass casualties, Israeli officials said on Sunday.

Key details from the interrogation:

•Hammami stated he had researched which airlines operate routes to Tel Aviv and consequently chose flydubai, saying "I tried to get hired by all the airlines. I planned the operation even before I was accepted by the company."

•The plan was to continue flying toward Israel to make it appear as a routine flight, approaching landing as usual, and only in the final seconds, once it was impossible to intercept the plane, crash it into the terminal.

•According to The Times of Israel, Captain Smit Machchhar told Netanyahu that al-Hammami had asked to pray before the attack.

•An Emirati source was quoted as saying Hammami, who is Omani, is expected to face the death penalty, with Abu Dhabi seeking the harshest possible punishment.

•Australian authorities are also now investigating the suspect's links to that country.
